Raise Your Hand

Here's a little something to chew on: in poses like extended side angle, triangle, and half moon, how dependent are you on the hand that's resting on the floor? If you'd probably topple over without it, experiment with easing some of your weight out of that hand and back into your legs. Lightening up on your bottom hand is going do wonders for your core too.
